Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy


  • Items are packaged and shipped from California, USA. Orders are processed between 1-5 business days. (COVID + peak seasons may delay processing times).
  • USA customers: Small items ship via USPS, bigger items ship via UPS Ground
  • Canada customers: All items ship through USPS Priority Mail International. All items are delivered, duties UNPAID. Please note there may be customs/duties applicable based off your countries local guidelines. We, unfortunately, do not control customs fees when it comes to international shipping. 
  • Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.



Returns + Refund Policy

We thank you for shopping with us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we invite you to review our return policy.

In order to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
  • The goods are in the original packaging.
  • The goods are in new, resealable condition and include all hardware and accessories, also in their original packaging.
  • The goods have not been tampered with.

- Buyer will be responsible for paying and printing their own shipping label to make returns. After initiating the return process with us, the buyer will be responsible for also sending in their tracking information so we may track the return and process a refund when the package is received in good condition, according to the details outlined in our policy.

- There is a 25% restocking/processing fee on all returns and cancellations.

- Preorders: Any cancellations of a pre-order item are subject to a 35% cancellation fee which acts as a non refundable deposit. 

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Items sent back to us without first requesting and getting approved for a return will not be accepted.

- Always consider reselling the item locally as well. These are very popular items and generally you can resell them for what you paid for it. This is exactly what we do with returns (assuming not damaged).


Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, items purchased on sale or at a discounted price cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We do not have the capacity to exchange items yet. If you would like to exchange an item you must initiate to request a return+ refund and purchase the item you would like in a new order.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

*If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
